5. Processing time – We'll verify and process your order within 1–3 working days.
6. Delivery – Once confirmed, your order will be shipped based on our schedule and delivered to your door.

Your order might have been canceled due to incomplete payment, stock unavailability, or occasional pricing errors. While rare, if a product is mispriced, Archivve retains the right not to proceed with the sale at the erroneous price. After placing your order, please allow up to 3 working days for us to prepare your items. Keep in mind that local shipping typically takes 5-7 working days. However, shipping durations might extend during sale events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions.

Depending on product availability, we ship from our warehouse in Jakarta.

For local shipments, all products are ready stock and shipped from our Indonesian warehouse. Orders are shipped within 5–7 working days according to our regular shipment schedule. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be updated shortly. Please note that shipping may take longer during public holidays.

Kindly note that we will promptly share the shipping tracking number within 1–14 calendar days after the shipment arrives in Indonesia and it has been handed over to our last-mile logistics partner.

We will immediately follow up your case and help solve your issue. We recommend that you record the unboxing process in a video in case such a thing occurs.

Brand-new and unused, with all tags attached (brand, item code, Archivve tamper tag), and all inclusions complete (box, dust bag, cards, straps, etc.). Corners and hardware should be free of scuffs/scratches; protective films (if supplied) ideally remain on.

No change-of-mind exchanges for bags. If a fault/incorrect item occurred, we may offer a refund.

Try it on with the protective films on (if any), use a clean surface, avoid loading the bag, and do not remove tags. Keep packaging and accessories together.

Store in the dust bag, keep shape with light stuffing, avoid direct sun/heat/humidity, and keep away from liquids, oils, and dyes (e.g., dark denim transfer). Wipe gently with a soft cloth; for tough stains, ask a professional.

Check the size guide or detailed product on each product page. If you're between sizes, message us with your usual brands/sizes and your measurements, we'll recommend the best fit.

A small tolerance (around ±1–2 cm) is normal due to fabric characteristics and manual measurement.

We only allow size exchanges for goods if there is a size mismatch, and with new size is in stock. If the new size is not in-stock, you may proceed to request for a refund with Terms & Conditions apply. Please note that change-of-mind exchanges (e.g., preference for a different color or style) are not permitted. Any alteration (hemming, tapering, etc.) after delivery voids return/exchange eligibility. If you need tailoring tips, ask us before altering.
