Terms and Conditions

1. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (for customer)

Exchange or refund is accepted if proved to the following conditions:

  • Wrong, different, damaged, or defective
  • Fails to meet the description as listed
  • Out of stock after purchase or confirmed defective upon inspection

For exchange:

  • Allowed once only per item.
  • Exchange to an equal or higher value item is permitted (price difference applies) subject to product eligibility and availability.
  • Change of mind is not eligible for exchange.
  • Change of size is eligible for exchange.
  • Items not eligible for exchange:
    • Accessories: Belt, Wallet
    • Marked as flash sale, clearance sale, or non-refundable item

For refund:

  • Allowed if the customer does not wish to proceed with a replacement or exchange after an approved return.
  • Change of mind is not eligible for refund.
  • Size mismatch (change of size) is eligible for refund if the exchange size is not ready stock.
  • Items not eligible for refund:
    • Accessories: Belt, Wallet
    • Marked as flash sale, clearance sale, or non-refundable item
  • Refund amount is the sum of:
    • Purchased product final price
    • ONLY APPLICABLE for other than size mismatch (change of size) refund scheme: Miscellaneous Fees (payment fees, payment getaway fees, any delivery fees that were paid by customer, etc.)

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Recorded unboxing video (unedited)
  • Unused, in new condition, and in original packaging
  • Complete with all original tags, including Archivve security tag, box, dust bag, authenticity cards, and Archivve invoice
  • No signs of wear, stains, or odors

*Archivve reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the stated conditions.

2. Return, Refund & Exchange Procedure (for customer)

  • Submit a request within 3 days since goods received (based on courier tracking) via:
    • - Website: Order History Menu => tab "COMPLETED" => click the order => click request return, or

    • - WhatsApp: Contact Customer Service (+62 878-8888-0803) and mention: [Return & Refund – Order Number] or [Return & Exchange – Order Number]. You can find your Order Number in the order confirmation email or by logging into your Archivve account.

  • Admin will send a Google Form for customer fill the return details including:
    • Customer details and address – for sending exchange items / sending back rejected return
    • Choose between exchange or refund
    • Reason (e.g. faulty product, not as ordered)
    • Supporting evidence
    • Wanted new exchange item
    • Refund method – only fill if you are from Indonesia and use a Credit Card.
  • Customers must provide valid proof of purchase, including a full, unedited unboxing video and product photos, clearly showing the uncut Archivve security tag, order number, and product's issue.
  • For exchange, customers may choose an item for exchange according to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, customers may exchange for another item of equal or higher value, subject to product eligibility and availability. Price difference will be paid by the customer.
  • Once approved, the customer must return the item within 2 working days for further checking.
  • To return the item, customers may contact our customer service (+62 878-8888-0803), and our team will send you a Google Form to arrange the schedule for pick-up OR assist you to drop-off to the courier provider (by giving you the label).
  • If the item NOT proved as faulty or not as ordered, the customer must pay all the delivery:
    • Customer to Archivve
    • Archivve send back to Customer

  • Upon receipt, the item will undergo an offline inspection process. The review will be completed within 2 working days after Archivve receives the returned goods, and our Customer Service team will revert with the inspection result afterward.
  • After inspection approval, and if the customer submits an exchange request, the replacement/exchange item will be shipped within 1 working dayfrom Jakarta, Indonesia with shipping duration to a Singapore address may take approximately 5 working days. If rejected, the original item will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days using the previous chosen payment method. Except for Indonesian Customer that use credit card, please input a designated bank account to be transferred to.
